The Holidays are fast approaching, so at American/Perrygraf we created our Christmas Card to send to our favorite customers! We decided to go with a functional and fun polyhedron pop-up with a header card.
The poly has a whimsical flowing design that can be set out all year and functions as a pen/pencil holder.
The header is created in the form of an Elf can be removed and used as a Christmas ornament. The back of the Elf features the words Merry Christmas in various languages…including Klingon!
For added flair, the card is printed in four color process plus a metallic ink. For additional POP, we added a 3D effect to the red and gold foil for the stars.

A few words about the upcoming holiday season from our senior designer Kelly:
I love the Christmas Season and all the Christmas Cards that get delivered. Whether it is at home or at work or by e-mail, each season comes with the influx Holiday Greetings. You have the e-cards which even the funniest make me think, that’s cute and then I delete. Then you have the cards in the mail that tend to include the generic front with generic message inside. I hang those along the doorway along with the others and tend not to think twice about them. Last you have those special cards, the ones with pictures and special personalized moments that you can’t help but smile at each time you pass. Which does your Christmas card encompass?
